Entertainment at Travelers Rest
A stay at Travelers Rest RV Resort & Golf Course includes many opportunities for top-notch stage entertainment. We have two entertainment venues: Busch Hall – our concert hall with professional stage, sound, lighting, Yamaha grand piano and Allen theatre organ; and The Grove – a casual outdoor stage where you can bring a picnic and a lawn chair and enjoy music in the shade of our live oak trees.
Sunday afternoons from November through March, you may enjoy, free of charge, a wide variety of professional entertainers, covering genres such as jazz, bluegrass, pop, Broadway show tunes, and everything in between. These shows may alternate between venues, depending on weather and the particular program.
January through March is our Wednesday Evening Concert Series in Busch Hall, including top acts from across the country and an annual Spectacular. There is a small charge for Concert Series shows.
And be certain to check out a new and wildly popular event that began last year during the covid lockdown – free outdoor concerts by awesome TR musicians, sharing songs we all love to sing.
In addition to all of these choices, there are occasional special events — a full afternoon Showcase presented by a local talent agency, and an evening or two in an Irish coffee house setting (Busch Hall!).
To find out what’s happening each week check the website or watch for articles in the TR Times.
You can also find notices on bulletin boards throughout the park.
