Property Listing Agreement

Advertise Your Home for Sale On Our Website

Travelers Rest RV Resort & Golf Course residents are able to advertise their units for sale on our website. Our offer this in order to help residents sell their units and to help the park fill all units. We charge a nominal fee for the listing in order to supplement the Travelers Rest General Fund and to account for the time and effort uploading the posting to the Travelers Rest Resort website for more sales exposure.

Listing Agreement

To assist the residents of Travelers Rest RV Resort & Golf Course with the sale of their units and to help the park fill all sites, based on information provided to the Travelers Rest Resort Office, via the Travelers Rest Resort Property Listing Document below, the Office will create a property listing for the Resident on the Travelers Rest website.

If the Travelers Rest Resort Office has concerns about the listing they will bring it to the Travelers Rest Resort Board of Directors for their approval. The Travelers Rest Resort Board of Directors will have the final approval or disapproval of all listings to be posted. All listings must show Travelers Rest Resort in a positive manner.

A setup fee of $15.00 will be made payable to Travelers Rest Resort, Inc. (General Fund) for creating the listing and publishing it on the Travelers Rest Resort website.

You are allowed to post up to five (5) pictures of your unit. Please upload the highest resolution image you have available for the listing. If required, the Main Office will take the pictures for you. Please call the office to arrange the best time for the Main Office to come by and take your 5 pictures. Note: There will be an additional $10.00 charge if the office is required to take the photos.

How to Get Listed…

1.) Complete the listing form below with all required information.

2.) To finalize the posting the Resident must complete the Listing Information Document and pay the applicable fee of $15.00. Make check payable to “Travelers Rest Resort Inc.” and mail it to:
